Finance & GRC Intern 

We are looking for a Finance & GRC Intern to join our rapidly growing team and help accelerate the transition towards a more sustainable future. 

This internship offers hands-on exposure to fundraising, financial modelling, business operations, and ISO compliance initiatives within a fast-paced and purpose-driven environment. You will work closely with experienced professionals and gain valuable real-world experience in a high-growth ESG and technology company.

Job Summary

Fundraising & Financial Modelling 

  • Support fundraising initiatives through investor research, preparation of pitch decks and fundraising materials, and coordination of due diligence processes.
  • Assist in financial analysis, valuation support, and development of financial models and business projections. 
  • Work closely with Supervisors to translate business assumptions into clear, logical, and defensible financial models for strategic planning and investment discussions. 

ISO Compliance & Operations 

  • Assist in ISO audit and compliance work, including preparation and maintenance of policies, registers, logs, checklists, SOPs, and audit-related documentation. 
  • Support the review, organization, and improvement of internal processes and governance documentation to ensure compliance with ISO standards and operational best practices. 
  • Assist with operational and administrative initiatives across finance and business functions when required.  

Cross-Functional Exposure

  • Collaborate with different teams across the company on strategic and operational projects.
  • Support ad-hoc projects and initiatives assigned by Supervisors from time to time.  
Requirements
  • Undergraduate from a recognized Polytechnic or University
  • Strong analytical, documentation, and detail-oriented skills
  • Keen interest in fundraising, financial modelling, finance, business operations, or compliance work
  • Familiarity with ISO standards, governance, or compliance processes is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Basic IT knowledge and familiarity with digital tools/systems
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Organized, professional, and able to work independently
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced environment  
Availability

Able to commit for a minimum of 4-6 months commencing 1st August 2026.
