Our Milestones
Founded in Singapore in 2019, ESGpedia was born from a strong Financial Technology heritage and a deep understanding of business challenges faced by financial institutions. What began as a mission to solve critical pain points in B2B digital solutions has since evolved into a purpose-driven expansion into the ESG space.

Ray Ferguson
Chairman
Ray Ferguson is a renowned international banker, business leader and advisor. He has an extensive executive career in banking across 5 continents in multiple Chairman, Board, Chief Executive and business leadership roles with Standard Chartered and Bank ABC.
He is the current Chairman of Singapore Life Holdings Pte Ltd, a regulated financial services holding company based in Singapore and was also named a “Distinguished Fellow” for corporate banking by the Institute for Banking and Finance (IBF).
Benjamin Soh
Founder & Managing Director
Benjamin Soh is a serial entrepreneur who previously founded a multinational, regulated B2B FinTech serving the needs of more than 100 financial services firms worldwide.
Ben is the Vice Chairman of the ESBN Task Force on Innovation. Ben also served as the Chairman of the Green and Sustainable FinTech Sub-Committee of the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) where he is currently still serving as a member, as well as in the Singapore Computer Society (SCS) Sustainable Tech Special Interest Group.
David Teo
Executive Director
David Teo has more than 20 years of financial services experience at global financial institutions, including The Bank of New York Mellon, BNP Paribas Securities Services, Moody’s Investors Service, National Australia Bank, and Bank of China.
He has adapted to working in regional Asia and multi-cultural backgrounds and has a wide spectrum of financial knowledge, includes but not limited to investment/custody services, corporate banking, retail & private banking, and credit rating services.
Jin Ser
Director of Engineering
Jin Ser was actively involved as a software engineer from Oracle, designing and building the full stack of the Analytics data warehouse for Oracle Cloud Products, providing actionable Business Intelligence.
He has experience leading teams in APAC and his passion for tech and entrepreneur spirit, eventually drove him to launch an AI mobile app startup. Jin was awarded an IMDA National Infocomm (SG:Digital) Overseas Scholarship and graduated with a Masters of Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania.
Joanne Koh
Operations Director
Joanne Koh has a track record of 35 years’ experience in various financial sectors: asset management, brokerage, direct investment and investment banking services.
Her vast experience in leadership includes Senior Operation roles with KGI Securities (Sin), Aviva Investors, HSBC Global Asset Mgt (Sin), Philip Capital Mgt (Compliance), and GIC (Private Investments).
