In this high-energy, client-facing role, you’ll play a key part in driving our growth by supporting business development, strengthening client relationships, and delivering exceptional ESG solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with a fast-moving team to understand client needs, showcase the value of the ESGpedia platform, and ensure a seamless, impactful customer experience.

Job Responsibilities
  • Lead post-sales success: Manage end-to-end client onboarding, address inquiries promptly, and provide expert guidance on ESGpedia’s tools and solutions to ensure a smooth and impactful client experience.
  • Enable seamless collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—including product, data, and technical—to ensure client needs are met throughout onboarding and ongoing platform engagement.
  • Deliver ESG support and insights: Assist clients with ESG reports, support carbon emissions calculations, and track client data in alignment with leading frameworks such as the GHG Protocol, ISSB, and other global standards.
  • Stay ahead of the curve: Conduct in-depth research on ESG trends, regulatory updates, and market developments to enhance internal knowledge and provide clients with timely, relevant insights.
  • Boost business development efforts: Support the sales team by preparing tailored client proposals, technical documentation, presentation decks, and reporting templates.
  • Bridge client needs and solutions: Compile client requirements and collaborate with product and engineering teams to deliver customized solutions and feature enhancements.
  • Keep records sharp and up-to-date: Maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, feedback, and engagement history through CRM tools.
  • Be a trusted representative: Represent ESGpedia in client meetings, industry events, and conferences, acting as a key liaison between clients and our internal teams.
Ideal Candidate
  • A motivated self-starter with a passion for ESG, sustainability, and technology
  • 1–3 years of experience in client-facing or ESG-related roles
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational and time management abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with ESG frameworks
  • Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Banking, Environmental Science, or related disciplines.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in account management, business development, or sales (fresh graduates can also be considered).
  • Passion for ESG and sustainability is a must. Knowledge of ESG data and regulations is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
  • Experience with CRM tools, sales systems, and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining high customer service standards.
