Product Management Intern

As a Product Intern, you will work closely with the Product team to help shape and develop innovative features on ESGpedia that address customer ESG needs and sustainability development goals. You will be involved in various stages of the product development process, including research, data analysis, market assessment, and supporting cross-functional teams. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in product management and understand the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and opportunities for product improvement or new product development.
  • Collaborate with product managers and cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, technology) to help prioritize and manage product features and enhancements.
  • Support the creation of product documentation, including user stories, and requirements.
  • Help with testing and quality assurance processes to ensure that product features function as expected.
  • Monitor and report on product performance and collect user to inform decision-making.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product management best practices.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Social Science, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in product management and product development.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Familiarity with product management tools (e.g., Jira) and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Analytics) is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
