Summary

Published 18 December 2025 –

2025 was a crucial year for climate – extreme weather events, political pushbacks against climate action, and evolving sustainability reporting regulations worldwide.

Even so, with over two-thirds of companies reporting under ISSB or CSRD frameworks indicating that sustainability disclosures now inform business strategy, risk management, and supply chain decisions, the corporate sustainability imperative continues to unmistakenly grow stronger.
